That little bit of being worried about going 12 cost groves the fight. he hurt froch for good and for real in that opening round and kept him hurt for a few rounds. but he didn't finish him, he let him off the hook and let him fight himself back.
froch is a pretty strong willed individual with a ton of heart and when he kept punching and started to come on, I think groves let down a bit. but he's a young guy, and certainly the quick stop did him no favors (who knows how the next round goes), but he should watch that fight and see how he let it slip through his fingers. get better because of it.
had a cat once. the first time it got a mouse, it played with the mouse until it got away. The next time, the cat started eating the mouse before it was even dead. groves needs to learn that lesson.
