Watch froch as he comes off the ropes throwing the right hand. he throws the punch and brings his right foot forward, literally walking into the right hand that floored him. In one of the post fight interviews groves said that his plan was to hit froch when he sqaured up on his right hand and that is exactly what he was talking about.
I remember him doing that against bute and gave him credit thinking it was done strategically, but he does it all the time. His trainer has to be blind or goofy to allow that to go on. Gil clancy used to tell a story about his kids wanting to box and him not wanting to teach them.
So he sent them to a PAL gym. He walked in one day and the coach there was teaching them to throw a right hand and step up with the right foot, like froch did, and Clancy pulled his kids right then. He said that teaching that was like passing out brain damage.
    That video shows why.
I thought it was WWE for a second there Grey.
