It's even simpler actually. The alphabet straps and "unification" have absolutely nothing to do with being "undisputed" champ. There's a maximum of one champ per division--by definition an "undisputed" champ. Right now that's Baldomir. Tony has a strap from a sanctioning body--doesn't mean S*** (except that now he has to fight Williams--haha).
