Not only have I cried many times in front of girls (mainly during or after sex, no one wants to be laughed at do they) but I've also sobbed like a baby in front of a girl and an open air restaurant full of dinners and shoppers whilst on holiday a few years back.

When my dad died my mum was in bits naturally so I didnt really have chance to be upset about it myself. It took a few years for it to come out but eventually it did in spectacular fashion

Its OK to cry mate. Its the being bent part you need to worry about.
