The ref saw an oppotunity and took it with both hands, he grabbed Groves from behind and no way saw his eyes to check if he was going or not. I am sure if Adam Booth was in his corner Groves wouldnt have gone so gun ho. Lets hope Groves learns from this.

This is my first post about the fight, which I have now watched twice. First off, I loved the fight itself, but the post fight shadiness soured it 500%. Groves boxed splendidly, he was humiliating Froch and at the time of the stoppage was easily up by 5 points.

The stoppage itself was the worst thing I have ever seen in boxing. You had a man on the ropes, but arms up and blocking, countering. He was clearly firing back when Froch was finally trying to impose himself and then seemed to be moving away, arms up and then the referee just jumped in and stopped it. Why? Why? Why?

Today I saw an interview with the so called head of British boxing Robert Smith (minus the lipstick and clearly greying) saying the stoppage wasn't a concern as the rounds were close and the referee was experienced. Bollocks, investigate that man.

I saw two judges had Groves only up by a point at the stoppage. How? How? How? Bollocks, investigate those men.

The referee stopped a man who was not allowing free shots as Froch the superstar liar claims, but was actually throwing back and moving away from the ropes at his own discretion. Bollocks, investigate that man and let rats nibble his frozen toes.

Froch himself has been shown up to be a complete and utter wanker. First off all that post fight interview tripe, why Groves didn't tell him he was talking bollocks, I don't know. Maybe because it is true that the Froch propaganda team has bossed the show and the media has been massively complicit in this 'disrespect' nonsense. Groves seems very likeable, Froch quite the opposite.

Froch owes Groves a rematch and none of this Ward nonsense. All in all I am once again appalled by the British officiating. You see it all too often from Barrera/Khan, Cleverly/Kovalev, to this one. There is something wrong with British boxing.

Oh, and that horrid Cockney public school boy Eddie Hearn too. How did I forget the ringleader promoter himself? Investigate that man too. Whenever that man promotes a fight be on the ready, watch him closely; in a fight like this you have to assume Don King levels of corruption. It all leads to the top and don't forget Froch the liar regards good old Eddie as 'My friend'. Promotion and friendship is dodgy. I have never heard Hatton or Calzaghe call Warren a friend and here was Froch saying it on television. Just dodgy.
