fascinating little thing...I was reading a book about the Bush family. George Herbert Walker Bush, president #41, claimed not to remember where he was the day Kennedy was shot. Which is odd because he was in Dallas, and he later called the FBI and ratted out an employee of his oil company as possibly having been involved. Plus, a close personal friend of his (coincidentally, also close to Jackie Kennedy's family) had had Oswald living in his home. yet he was never interviewed in the investigation.
    Oh shit!! Is this true?

I'd put money on not. Lets face it the U.S Government has an extremely sorted history, kept company with mad men and these were dark times. It was just too perfect and clean cut. Now a nutter like Squeaky Fromme?

That documentary I put up mentions Bush being in with Hoover, who controlled fbi and the mob have photos of Hoover doing the hoover impersonation on some bloke and Hoover is in thick with LBJ who took over from Kennedy as president being second in command. They were all at a party in Texas the night before at the richest oil guys place who also partied for a week there after the shooting so say his employers. Seems they talked Kennedy into going to Texas for good reason and had the lone acting shooter shot himself, so that legally only the local Texas law had to handle it (so they could steer the investigation, which they did). Interesting stuff, I suppose there could of been two shooters, one sold out then removed by the same people who organized the other, it would be a smart thing to do.

I haven't studied the issue too closely, but the actions of Jack Ruby would suggest not.

Yeah that little cog in the wheel is linked into all the others too.

From what I could make out: That documentary says the surgeons who tired to keep Oswald alive were lent on; they were asked to admit into the theater police who would try to determine bedside that Oswald (unconscious) had a bed side confession and acted alone thereby making the case come under Texan law and out of federal jurisdiction. Hoover himself was phoning the hospital to try and get that omission himself. That was the whole reason a number of groups who were about to be exposed in their links with each other who had paid off government officials including Hoover. About six top men from 4 different areas of business who would gain from Kennedy being killed asked him down into Texas in the first place.
Its all there, linked by facts ,meetings ,parties and the servants statements who observed who were at the meetings and the after party, combined with Lynden B Johnsons girlfriends statement placing them all together at these events and celebrating Kennedys death after wards, she also says he personally told her Kennedy would be no more trouble to them a day before it happened.

We have to ask ourselves who had to most to gain by his death. JFK took the power away from the Fed to print money. Pissing of Jewish international bankers. He was also putting sanctions on Israel for having the A-bomb. The first thing Johnson did as President was to bring back the Fed. Tomorrow is the 50th anniversary of his death. I remember where I was and what I was doing at that very moment. Our Nation was never the same after that.

Ironically, JFK was the only Democrat president to be a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

Oswald was a commie and he acted alone. A militant leftist made JFK a liberal martyr.

For anyone TRULY interested in the assassination and learning the facts, pick up Bugliosi's book "Reclaiming History". It is a looooooooooooong read, but it dispels the pure nonsense that surrounds the JFK assassination.

If you're one of the many who are just getting their facts from the movie JFK, you really need to dive deeper into it, because a lot of the conspiracy claims are just plain wrong.

"Oswald couldn't have made the shot from that vantage point".

Yes he could have. It was a great vantage point to shoot from.

"Oswald couldn't have shot that many bullets in that time frame."

    Yes, yes he could have.

"Oswald was a lousy shot, there's no way he could have made it."

Oswald scored as a marine sharpshooter "(twice achieving 48 and 49 out of 50 shots during rapid fire at a stationary target 200 yards)". Considering Kennedy was only 81 meters away, sitting stationary in a car traveling at a snail's pace, this shot was well within Oswald's skill level.

Penn and Teller actually had a good segment on one of their Bullshit episodes about conspiracy theories.

No, don't be silly. Kennedy was killed by the secret services and any chance to squeal was extinguished. It was all sooooo incredibly convenient. Yet it happened and 3 were killed in a flash and the investigation done in 3 days. Yet still they have secret papers. Make your own conclusions. You can kill millions for a laugh and of course a President is merely a starter.

One of the agents who interviewed Oswald after the killing said he thought Oswald may have received training In interrogation techniques. I do think he took the shots but other involvement remains possible.

If he did it he did not act alone. The angles of the bullets blowing Kennedy's head off came from more than one place.
