Seems like a complete bell-end from what I've seen of him, but he seems to be taking reject suits from the Anchorman wardrobe.
How he has not been taken to employment tribunal is beyond me. He must have settled out of court loads of time. Last episode he was having a go at gingers, he has sacked people for not singing at the induction and he set up a speed date night out for a young girl who had recently been dumped.
