Yeah....I did those for soccer....those are insane.
But I think bicycle crunches are the proverbial "cat's meow" of ab exercises. Those things are killer. You REALLY feel the burn after like 10 seconds :P
And if this is for boxing, don't kill yourself getting a six pack. Look at a guy like Mark Hunt. The guy is like 280lbs with a big gut, but he's practically made of pure steel. He takes kicks and punches to the face and doesn't even flinch. I don't think he even notices when he gets hit in the gut. Guys like him really prove that it isnt how you look, it's what you've got behind the fat that counts.
