im not debating on whether or not andre is good because i believe that he is great. he just lacks heart of a true champion. does anybody know why he still isnt really fighting? i havent heard anything about him in forever.

Heck, you can say that about all of 50's fighters. But I just read an article where Andre called out Golovkin. That is a fight I would really like to see. I don't know if 50 Cent is in over his head or what but Andre does need to get active at least fight nobodies. Otherwise we'll have to starting calling his promoter 50 perCent...for the chance that his fighters will get even a single fight any given year.Originally Posted by powerpuncher

Nah, it wasn't because Abraham hit him it was because he hit while he was down and not embracing. Plus, I looked at the tape a lot and I think Dirrell acted his way out of that ending and it was a nice way to get out of the Ward fight as well. The dude is not a fighter at heart he just has freakish talent. Besides he has been in there with hard hitters such as Abraham, Froch, Stevens, and even Golovkin in the amateurs. I personally think Dirrell is done at the elite level. He got wrecked by Abraham and I don't think he's ever going to recover the necessary confidence to re enter the ring with top competition. I question whether his heart is still in it... Who can blame him, despite all his natural talent he got badly hurt and shaken up. Fighting more won't help his future health.

i dont think dirrell deserved the fight against froch at all
he ran to extremes and deserved to be DQ'd
He was winning against AA but the whole episode at the end was clearly a dive and he should have recieved a ban or at the very least a stiff warning

dirrell was not running. he may have backed up a bit more than most would have liked but he landed more and landed the bigger shots. he also threw more punches. it wasnt the worst decision ive ever seen but it was bad. i had it 116-112 for dirrell and even a draw would be pushing it.
