If Mora wants to make any noise in the sport I think he needs to drop down 1-2 weight classes. If he went up against any large strong middleweight (Taylor, Miranda, Abraham, Pavlik, or even Duddy) I think it would be a very short night.
He's got skills and is pretty quick, but to me he just looks to small to make it anywhere at middleweight.
