lord knows what i am.... i was always naturally athletic....
and then when i began boxing a couple of years ago i was lookin tip top and before about three months ago i had not trained consistantly in like 8 months and due to lack of excersize bad diet because i would eat crap while i worked, and drinking i still have all the muscle but my body has somewhat a small layer of puppy fat that im findin very hard to get rid of right now!! lol
anyone got any advice on how to get my tone back? :P
