Floyd doesn't like to be dictated to, he likes to pick his own opponents who make him the most money rather being made to fight mandatories.. Just look at Klitchko being ordered to fight Lepai.

Would he even miss with the right hand? Maybe that's it. Floyd knows that he would most likely be ridiculed after beating him and accused of waiting him out or hand picking him. It just seems so ridiculous to tell a guy like Manny that he has to rematch somebody or beat somebody else in order to get a fight given the history of the man. Its almost a sucker punch to the entire sport. Its as lame as making a fight based on the others ppv numbers.
