Clever, but as an attorney, I can tell you it's blatantly transparent and you'd be just as liable for copyright infringement. If you got sued--and that's a big, huge, "if,"--it's highly unlikely--you'd be on the hook for statutory damages or "actual damages" (which would likely be computed based on how much you're making off this, though whoever owns the copyrights could also come up with some kind of lost profits theory). And those damages would be trebled because your infringement is willful (i.e., you're aware these are copyrighted works you're copying and selling).

So, basically, no question that it's illegal and you'd be on the hook for at least a few thousand dollars, but if it's a relatively small operation, no one's going to waste the time suing you. (their attorneys' fees would quickly surpass the recovery they'd be able to get from you)
