    It says champs per country. Not champs per commonwealth. So really Puerto Rico shouldn't even be included.
    Canada, Australia, South Africa and the Uk are technically part of a commonwealth and last I checked the uk was not a country.

    Indonesia lost its one and only champ (and boxing legend) just recently this month.

    Elly Pical was a 2 time IBF champion at 115, Nico Thomas was an IBF champion at 105 and Muhammad Rachman was a WBA champion at 105. So it's not interim or IBO belts that I'm counting either.

    The list tallies all current champs specifically at the end of 2013. The Indonesian boxers you mentioned are not current champs.
