Pro boxing champs (per country) in 2013

Mexico is the biggest loser this year, from 13 last year to 7 this year. Puerto Rico and Australia too with no champ left this year.

It says champs per country. Not champs per commonwealth. So really Puerto Rico shouldn't even be included.

OK.... you can go ahead and be the only one who excludes P.R. from the boxing stats.
The rest of us will continue as usual.

Considering they have no champions they pretty much excluded themselves already
