Mayweather-Pac should happen. But when one of them turns down a career high 40 million, I doubt he seriously wants the fight. No matter how much he claims he does. Actions speak louder than hollow words

You hit the nail on the head of the hammer (or how ever that saying goes).

I would almost guarentee Pac and Floyd (Both? who knows) will go down as the only two men ever and will ever turn down 40 million.

We may never know he real reason why. The only truly logical reason I can think of is Floyd wants to let Pac put on some more age and assumes the money will still be there no matter what.

Not saying Floyds afraid but I would almost bet his uncle and maybe even his dad tell him to wait it out. I dont care who Floyd smashed thats beat Pac or gave Pac a much harder fight. imo the bottom line is Pac is the only fighter with the speed, footwork, power and etc to beat Floyd (Except for maybe a prime ODLH, which Floyd also did not fight). And fighters with Pacs style usually fade out quick and when they start to fade they are done. Its a miracle Pac has lasted this long (roids or no roids).

On top of that I think the only thing Floyd cares about is his undefeated record. I think in Floyds mind if he loses his undefeated record he loses his claim to greatest of all time.
