For sure, Norris was a scary offensive fighter. Mind you he had a long frame, began his career at 154 and stayed there as far as I know, he'd make Floyd or Manny look tiny in the ring. If you wanted to take either of those two guys at 130 or 35 they were better than he was imo. I think Mayweather would have a really easy time landing on Norris at any weight but probably just couldn't hurt him.
