Prime for prime, Mosely was a bit refined for Cotto. Cotto would have to make it a dirty fight to stand a chance. Moselys done well over his career, but Vernon exposed jack moselys "power boxing" schtick for what it was. A shallow boxer/ puncher game plan that exposes the fighter to counters and has no plan for fighting off the back foot. Vernon always had moselys number too.

Shanes loses focus and has these mental blocks since those fights too. If you want him go life and death with someone. He gets this like tick where hes constantly trying to make friends (touching gloves, complaining to the ref) and he's not hearing his corners instructions because hes panicking inside and wishing he was somewhere else. He's already giving up mentally.

The question in can cotto put mosely in that that state. I personally dont feel cotto makes enough use of the jab and timing to panic mosely and gets cut up coming forward. Cotto takes a good punch but I see him getting cut to ribbons as he stalks mosely and tries to cut off the ring. He'll get tied up before he can do much damage on the inside. I think it might time more than one of those infamous cotto cup shots to put shane in panic mode, but who knows.
