I would say Cotto.. Mosley was never the brightest fighter out there as he wasn't capable of making adjustments, had no plan B, got frustrated etc...

He looked good in the first Oscar fight ... what else did he ever do?

Cotto beats any version of mosley..

the rematch tells all you need to know, seeing how that was a blatant robbery

on that note IMO it's not so black and white that Cotto would win, Mosely IMO was in his prime at 135, he was a beast, he had speed and power and didn't do that damn pokey fake jab as much, would have been a toss up really either Mosley by TKO or Cotto by UD
