Mosley has been champion at 135, 147 and 154 and he was not paper champion he was considered the man of the division when he had the belt. He has wins over Oscar, Vargas, Moyorga, Margarito, Molina, Lieja, Collazo and Holiday which is not to bad. He lost to Forrest and Wright in his prime and they were pretty big compared to him. He is a hof not a borderline, and as for his fight with Cotto that could of gone either way and that was a Mosley at 35 not a prime one.
