Not a bad Pyramid there Killer Queen

What I do in the mornings is usually

25 wide (hands outside of shoulders and level with chest)

20 dips off the side of my bed

25 regular (hands in line with shoulders under chest) 20 dips off the side of my bed

20 dips off the side of my bed

25 Narrow (hands together under chest)

20 dips off the side of my bed

making sure my legs are together (your body works more to stabilise itself)

In the gym we do loads of different circuits, always after bag work.

On my favourite we start with 15 press ups on a press up bar, 15 dips on the same bar and then 10 chest dips.

then we do 25 wide normal and narrow press ups, straight through with out knees down between sets if I am up to it... :P

then we do 3 sets of 10 pull ups (under arm, wide narrow and regular)

Then pike fore arm and snake press ups (again for 25 reps, trying not to rest between sets)

Then back for 3 more sets of 10 on the pull up bar (this time over arm)

Then finally 10 one arm press ups (5 each arm with out resting) and 10 military...

there are two of these big frame which you ca do all the dips, pull ups and bared press ups from and we que in front of them, so the whole gym is watching you on the bars and you pump the press ups right out so the person behind you doesn't over take you in the que...

If the trainer is being particular nasty we'll do a medicine ball circuit for the arms after than, depends which lads are in... if there's new comers or inexperienced people usually not
