J_Undisputed - good break-down. How much will the weight play a role? This is at 175. Historically, Pascal's weight class, not Bute's. Even if Bute can pick apart Pascal, will Pascal walk through his punches? It looked like Grachev was able to walk through some big punches from Bute in his only other fight above 168 that I'm aware of.
Still, this is an exciting fight that I'm looking forward to.
Oh i agree. definitely a good fight. The weight issue doesnt seem to be a huge issue to me. Pascals a quick guy and can generate some power. While Bute might be accused of being punchy at this point, if he sticks to keeping his gaurd high, i think its just easier for him to see Pascals punches and weather the storm than it is for pascal to avoid punches once his legs go. My concern is pascal not respecting Bute enough to fight a smart fight and doubling the force on a bute punch by lunging into it. hopkins and dawson came on late in their outings against pascal after pascal wore himself out. Pascal is not a guy who likes to get hit and when he goes straight back and falls back to the ropes, Bute could have his opportunity to line up his money punches.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
