Collapse of the economy,collapse of the welfare state.
It is not natural for millions of people in the west to draw a income from the taxpayers because they are poor or stupid.

China is a worse case, they are literally consuming poisoned food.

Then you have the lack of morals in society, the so-called atheist society.
A non-religion which does not condemn gluttony or promiscuity.

Why does this modern age recognise sluts, obese and materialistic people and acclaim them as high status, some even get called celebrities.

The culture is evil, pure evil, consume like a sheep and make token donations to breast cancer or African children.
Simultaneously drinking sugar water and eating junk food.
Palm zombies, everyone glued to their phone playing games or on facebook even during a meal.
Meanwhile they sell you sex and a lifetime wasted in front of a tv watching soaps and football.

Music is dreadful, aimed at children and promotes binge drinking, sex and drugs.

Films are so seeped in propaganda, I can not enjoy them, but explosions and CGI.

As long as booze and food is cheap people will not revolt, but considering the majority of people play no sports, exercise or have a hobby, they do not read a book or have a original opinion, we have already lost.

Tipping point occurs when the electricity goes out.
In reality when the economy shuts down we will return to anarchy.

People have been touting the end of the world as long as there has been someone to listen. Over population, global cooling, global warming, ozone etc. Humans are if nothing else adaptable and industrious and this planet is quite durable. My money is we will continue to thrive until the Sun decides to go super nova.

What is it with people, living in dread we are a species that worry, death , money , you
name it we worry about it.
Some of us think far to much, on what will become of us,! everyday is a bonus as we
don't no what will become of us, and we don't it's a fact take what comes, you may
plan, but life can be short or long none of us no guess work pure and simple.

Sounds like the movie Elysium, minus the live in peace part.

I think over population combined with lack of resources and food will cause it. Our inability to work, co operate and live together will do us in.

But I'm an optimist and I think we'll figure it out eventually and start spreading out towards the stars.
