Default Wladimir Klitschko 11-11-2006 @ MSG

Here are the pros and cons for each

Maskaev PRO: Holds WBC title CON: Just fought Hasim Rahman

Brock PRO: Top Contender CON: BORING as hell

Brewster PRO: Big rematch CON: Health is in question

Rahman PRO: Still a big name guy CON: Just lost and just fought

Ruiz PRO: Everyone wants to see Ruiz beaten CON: he's John Ruiz and unless you KO him you are probably not going to get a fair shake

Sam PRO: He's an easy opponent for short notice CON: He sucks at the top level

Krasniqi PRO: He's a reasonably difficult fight for anyone CON: His biggest fight was a loss

Whittaker PRO: He's big and talks shit CON: Sultan TKO'd him in 7

Oquendo PRO: He's still a good slick boxer CON: In his comeback he looked horrible and he's too much like Chris Byrd people will think Wlad is taking the easy way out by fighting him

So what do you think? I'm all for a Title Unification bout!!!!

I chose Brock because Oleg has recently fought.....but I would love to see unification fights....I think Rahman needs to hang it up and someone needs to KO Ruiz to get him out of the picture forever....

Even thou it wont happen I chose Oleg. If Wlad wants to be a legit champ he needs to start unifying. That is the only way he will get respect.

Well for me it should be Brock.

Say what you want about America but the fact remains that they are most important nation when it comes to boxing, in terms of generating and hosting huge fights, generating money, media publicity etc.

The heavyweight division in my opinion needs at least one American champ to sustain interest in the division so I'm fairly sure a matchup with Brock would be the biggest fight out of those mentioned.

Whilst Wlad versus Oleg might be an interesting fight, to the American PPV market I doubt it will do very well, who really wants to go to Madison Square Garden or Caesers Palace to see two former Soviets fight each other when there could be a good honest American in there fighting one of them instead?

I'm expecting a slew of American fighters to appear over the next 12 months to do battle against the Russians. I think Uncle Sam will be rounding up anyone whose American born and over 220 lbs and lineing them up to fight these commie foes.

I go with Brock as well

I say it cause he has been a perceived prospect in what seems like forever....

Its time to see if he can hang with the big boys or does he belong on the bottom with the other failed up and comers like

    Audley Harrison

    Jameel McCline

    Dominic Guinn

and so on and so on

Brewster if he's healthy. Easy pick IMO, one of the best things going for Lennox as far as resume is the fact that he rematched, and beat, the only two guys that beat him. Now, nobody wants to see Wlad-Ross Purrity 2, hopefully Ross is retired, and Sanders is retired. Brewster's not so if he's healthy its an easy choice IMO. Not only is it a rematch, I'd probably favor Brewster over every guy on that list, maybe with the exception of Brock, who would be my second choice for the fight.

Brock is a good guy... too bad his lack of defense AND offense will get him beat badly....Brock is getting his shot, I hope he has a good showing BUT I still cheer for Wlad

Yes sadly for Brock thats where it all leads: being much more dominated than Chris Byrd. Thats it.
