Plenty of fighters have broken their jaws from punches with gloves. Funny how Chisora jaw wasn't broken from that bare knuckle punch. Mustn't have been thrown full force so.

If an airbag was bone that was surrounded by a half inch sheaf of foam with the same density as a boxing glove - impact would kill...

'Air' bag... The clue is in the name Ross... A large, voluminous sack, full of air and low density materials has completelty different properties when it comes to deceleration than a compact and dense object.

Again, the density and volume of foam used in a boxing glove has a very small affect on acceleration (if anything it INCREASES mass, remember f=m x a!) of both the fist and cranium.

The padding mostly dissapates the return of force to the fist, which is more to do with Newton's third law of motion than the second.

Getting back to the original point, both Fury and Chisora are average to poor, who gives a toss who wins?
