    Obamacare hasn't been done unconstitutionally.
He doesn't have to "turn into" a socialist dictator, I'm telling you that's what he is.

The random changes to when Obamare is to be the law of the land is unconstitutional.
The House and Senate passed The Affordable Care Act and Obama signed off on it to make it law....the changes made to it were NOT the agreed upon legislation, the delays enforced were NOT agreed upon in the passing of the bill and have only been brought about because it's politically advantageous to Democrats at risk to not have to suffer from voters who don't care for Obamacare.

You have no fucking clue about our Constitution apparently

You eventually agreed a while ago that Obama was actualy a centre right prez. Every example you provided to prove his socialist credentials turned out to be completely wrong. Go back and look the thread up, it's one of the endless threads over the years where you demonstrate the impressive scope and breadth of stuff you haven't got a clue about.

Every single prez has used executive orders to tweak legislation. In recent years they've used it to ratchet up the national security state too.

This has all been explained to you before along with the fact that Obama has used less executive orders than almost any other prez for over a hundred years but all this information has fallen off the little shelf in your head that functions as your brain.

Also, too, politics. It's been explained to you endlessly that there's no real difference between either of the two parties. If you think there are huge differences between the two groups of corporate servants then you're being fooled. Of course as has been endlessly documented you're one of the people they can fool all of the time.

It's not the AMOUNT of executive orders it's what it covers.

When did I ever say Obama was "Center Right"?

Obama has been overstepping his executive powers for years. He changes legislation passed by congress at will. One should not say, well that guy did it as well. Obama operated on its Bushes fault for five years.

WASHINGTON -- President Bush has quietly claimed the authority to disobey more than 750 laws enacted since he took office, asserting that he has the power to set aside any statute passed by Congress when it conflicts with his interpretation of the Constitution. (Full article: 3648 words)

Bush challenges hundreds of laws - The Boston Globe

The latest manufactured outrage in America created to fool the people you can fool all/some of the time is that Obama put back part of a law that affects 2% of US small busnesses by 12 months. This is apparently evidence that America has become a tyranny.

    No.

This is exactly the kind of thing executive orders are for, as determined by various Supreme Court precedents.

Sixty percent (according to some poles) have issue with Obama's use of executive orders. Gridlock in Congress is the only time the population doesn't have to worry about further erosion of personal liberty. A president using executive orders to override Congress is not democratic.

You made the hilarious claim that Obama was a socialist dictator. I asked you to back the claim up and every claim you made turned out to be laughable. It's fallen off your little shelf mate.
