Brilliant card. I'd be going if it was within 500 miles.

I'd actually pick Garcia to late round ko Gamboa.
As for Marquez-Alvarado, well I always think Marquez will have age catch up at some point and lose to a fighter he should never lose to, but I hope it won't be this time.

good card. this may be the first card ever that arum has put on that has 2 good fights.
Hah, that's what I was thinking, the first at all recently at least. I'll probably pick the same two winners as most, but Gamboa and Alvarado both have their careers on the line here and will be very dangerous. Gamboa especially, for as bad as he's looked at times he is still undefeated and might have another gear if he's really under the gun. You'd hope he'd at least decide to show up for this.
alvarado is taylor made for JMM. he loves those fighters who will just swing so that he can counter punch. the problem with alvarado now is that he has been in so many wars recently that i dont know how much he has left. i dont think that he will come forward as much which will make it a more boring fight.
Put two warm ups on the card... and he has a the card of the year.

Couldn't have picked a better venue for a card like this. Kudos to Arum. Kudos!!
