    Default RUGBY

im playing a rugby game, ea sports rugby 2006, and i am the field goal kicking MASTER of john madden football

what has to be done in rugby to make a field goal count while im carrying the ball?

i tried kicking it through and it gave me no points, and i figured you could only do it with the dead ball, then the computer scored a field goal while running with the ball

do you have to stand a certain distance away or something?

you need to give it a drop kick were the ball bounces 1st

if you kicking it and its not going far thts cos its going along the floor, used for players to run in the gaps.

dont bother kcking it thru though unless the points are vital, only worth 3, go for the try, get 5 points, 7 with a conversion
    I'm the real pretty boy

its really odd to not know a thing about a sport

i mean i cant remember being this cluless about any professional sport

i know SOOO much about football but not a thing about rugby

and its madd hard to do an onside kick in rugby

wtf = to blind the tackled player

It is impossible to do an offside kick in Rugby because the line that decides weather you are onside or offside is measured by the ball...

To blind the tackled player unless we are talking about eye gouging

u sure it wasnt to BINd the tackled player, if so that just basically means 2 get more players in2 the ruck or maul.

I have one of the EA Rugby games...it's like 2004 or something, it's decent but difficult to get the hang of....I always end up collapsing the scrums

i think onside kick is the same as football, the announcer said that it didnt go like 10 yards wen i onside kiked and i lost the ball, just like football

Well yes, when you kick off, the ball must go 10 yards forward without bouncing or going out of touch on the full
