I don't see it. Gatti couldn't punch while being punched... and Canelo can punch while being punched, but was slow to react and is slow in reacting. Maidana can punch BLINDLY, at times. He can throw a punch, hard and fast, while being hit flush-on with ferocious shots. Not very many guys can do that- aside from Maidana and Garcia. JMM can too, but he doesn't punch hard enough at times...
