It was terrorists, but not Muslims who planned and orchestrated the events of September 11/01.
It was another Mossad false flag operation. They may have used Muslims to hijack the planes and carry it out.
The UK and US governments had nothing to do with it, I think Bush and other leaders knew after the events who was responsible but was afraid to say or do anything.
The purpose of the attacks was to create anti-Muslim sentiment in the USA, setting the stage for American invasion and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan.
