Hang on a minute, I've just been thinking about this ruling for a minute and it really is totally absurd.

I mean if a world champion fighter with a strong national following is such a smurf's fan that he wears their hats and enters the ring to their theme tune, isn't that MASSIVE PUBLICITY for the Smurfs?

Personally I have never heard mention of or even thought of the Smurfs for the past 15 years except in relation to this guy! Surely he's doing them a favour, probably giving the Smurfs a cult following in Germany or wherever he's form?
