right ill explain when ur 36 u cant train as hard as when u were 24. when ur getting older u start getting more weight ur reflexes slow down ur stamina isnt as good and ur counter shots arent as quick or sharp look at larry holmes for instance hes reflexes were way slower when he fought carl williams when he was 35. its just simple logic ur bones get older and weaker larry holmes personally told me himself he used to run 8 miles a day in hes prime but when he was getting older he only could run 4 miles and he had to take more days off training to let hes older body rest do u see what im saying ??
