What did you have on your pancake?

Haha, I have no idea what shrove Tuesday is, but I made some potato pancakes for breakfast and they were delish. I added some lemon zest, fresh parsley and smoked paprika to the batter and had them with a couple of poached eggs, sour cream and spicy applesauce on the side. Do I win the thread??

I had totally forgotten that pancakes existed, so I appreciate the reminder. I didn't have any, but if I were to make some, a simple dash of sugar and lemon is all they would need.
