I didn't even know it was pancake day yesterday, don't think i've had one since I was a kid, remember my mum would let me and my brother flip them over, the little sod would blatantly be trying to hit the kitchen ceiling. Good memories.

We used to put mixed berries, blue black and raspberries from the frozen packs you can buy and good quality ice cream ,roll em up,mung em down.fresh berries is better but you want to have them whenever. Frozen packaged ones are cheaper out here for some reason
