Yea who the hell knows. If it could have crashed over the ocean in one piece and then sank, why wasn't there any kind of distress call? Perhaps possible that there was some kind of electrical storm or system failure which disabled communications? Some say the plain could have blown up at full altitude, which would explain no debris being found, but apparently 777's are about the safest planes on earth. If it were any kind of hijacking or terrorist attack, someone would have surely come forward and claimed responsibility by now. Really crazy that it's happened in this day and age, you have to wonder if it were human error on the ground from air traffic control or something.
