I'm a mild asthmatic. All you need to do is do your miles, 2 or 3 a day for non atheletes, and stay away from dust mites and dusty areas- as well as be careful of windy days and pollen (not that serious this point, but just to make sure you remain comfortable) and you will be ok!!!
