I'm a mild asthmatic. All you need to do is do your miles, 2 or 3 a day for non atheletes, and stay away from dust mites and dusty areas- as well as be careful of windy days and pollen (not that serious this point, but just to make sure you remain comfortable) and you will be ok!!!

. Muct be extremely confident in conditioning as the last thing you want is to be in the middle of some shrieking tyraid and stop to pull out the inhaler and start taking huge hits.
