Firstly, it would take more than five seconds for Fury to lumber to the centre of the ring. Second, Floyd would duck a lot and Fury wouldn't be able to reach low enough to hit him. thirdly, if Tyson did try and bend forward, the weight of his moobs would cause him to become unbalanced and fall over

So, if the three knockdown rule is in effect, Floyd wins easily
