The man lived and that is the main thing. Any reputation he has is blown away and even 8 year old boys will be teasing him. He needs to go on a witness protection programme.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Im so glad im not the type of person to glorify being in jail and talking about what ends im from or act gangsta all the time..
So so pathetic.
Im glad no one is dead and thats the main thing.
Not really sure what the law is in the US but here if your the one who throws the first punch the other guy is mealy defending himself.
I dont think the law should back people who want to beat others to death. There is such a thing as reasonable force when defending yourself that law ends when he is no longer attacking.

yeah, heard dude died of head injuries
it's 'woofing' - dudes talking sh!t to muster up courage to start sh!t... also as a means to scared the other(s) off... lots of posing/fingerpointing/huffing/puffing ... sometimes it's one guy testing the other with the woofing to see how far he can go... appearance-wise it makes the woofer look brave and the 'victim' look cowardly - however, truth is woofer is working up the courage to actually engage... if 'victim' leaves, woofer saves face and continues to rag on 'victim'
however, these are stupid situations where no one wins, best to avoid and walk away, who cares if dude calls you yellow etc. don't need his (potential) death on your head after he threw first punch
in US, there's force continuum/escalation ... AZ trucker beat the New Yorker, he should've stopped and left, but he continued pounding on him until one dude said, stop, he's had enough...
better to avoid troublemakers like the NY dude, this is not cowardly - there are police and legal considerations as well as moral ramifications for one's actions ... it's self-defense when ny dude verbally abuses AZ trucker and then ny dude threw punch first - trucker defended himself, got ny dude down, and should've just stopped. be interesting to see what happens legally,,, i didn't follow this story before, but will check around now
