Agreed. It's bad enough getting your ass kicked in a fight you started but to go and get lawyers involved is a bitch move IMO. Just learn to take your whoopin and move on.

When I was a kid, it was kind of a regular thing to get into it with black kids. They'd talk a lot and it would get real annoying. And they'd tell, all the time. You'd get jumped, take your licks, go get your guys and get some back, the next day it would be in the paper. All of a sudden you are a 'white supremacist' victimizing the innocent.
I was 17 and playing basketball, the only white guy on the court and got into it with this big guy. He kept pushing me because I was alone and he outweighed me by at least 75-100 pounds. When I had enough I lit him up and he pile-drived me nearly through the asphalt. His brother- he worked at a hospital and went to school- kept him from killing me. We were fighting and that is how it goes.
