No because I don't think he has anything left for boxing. Although Mansour is old, at least he was still doing some kind of training. I don't think that was the case for Ibeabuchi. After all that time it's just too late.
I wouldn't want to see that.
He would be able to do take a lot of punches, the man had great chin. But it would be sad to see him a punching bag.
It would be funny to see him fight Briggs though LOL 2 old giants slugging it out.
"Enough with the games mate! Your messing with the Grand Master!"

He may have kept in great shape and what is out there is awful.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
We have to see some pictures with his shirt off.... even so, an athelete like him- give him 6 months and he will be back to at least doing 6 rounder's IF he kept up the customary prison shape.
Don't forget- guys come out of prison in shape.

Even if he hadnt kept in-shape, I think he can get himself together and make another run.. I mean, why not?
He would be entering a majorly watered down era amongs the shittiest group of HWs of all times.. who knows, ike might have got access to the ring magazine in prison and kept tabs.. he might have laughed his ass off reading about a bunch of wankers in the top 10..
We are living in an era where a guy like Jennings is known as a great talent lol. In the 90s, Bermaine stiverne would have been Don King's drug pusher, not his fighter.. chris arreola would have been living off food stamps while making side money as a sparring partner.
Sure, Ike cant compete amongs these guyd.

Why not? All he has to do is win a couple of tough man contests or beat a couple of what could only be described as meager competition in the top 15 and he will get a title shot.Should he tempt a Comeback?

This little blurb is at the bottom of his boxrec page. I literally accidentally clicked it, and for some reason it caught my eye. Kind of sad. Spicoli is right, the fight with Tua was the precursor to all that demon talk and him acting batshit crazy. Why subject him to more?
Ike Ibeabuchi - Boxrec Boxing EncyclopaediaRelease pending. @age 41, "The President" certainly has plans to resume his career. Interested Promoters may call our Management/Mentor/TRAINER Team Bill Hodge/ John Wilkinson (860)515-7680.

What else can he do work at a Women's Aid charity?
