Ageing fighters that decide to move down in weight almost always get beat up and this is a good example of that. Clottey probably has better hands than any of the bigger guys Mundine ever fought, he was doubling and tripling up on hooks in some spots and really couldn't miss Mundine, who was just a big slow target in there. You could tell Clottey never had any respect for the punches coming at him, hell this fight made him look like a dynamic offensive fighter
Spot on. Aging fighters moving down have nothing going for them. They don't have the quickness and losing weight usually saps their strength and punch resistance.
