Chris Arreola VS Wladimir Klitschko unification

Well eric one thing I can say for sure is that there will not be a whole lot of holding against Arreola.

When have you seen Wad excessively hold a tall opponent? Never! He holds the short asses because their whole game plan is to rush in on him the whole fight and he has plenty of opportunity to get the job done that way.

Against larger opponents it's punch speed and punch power that wins him the fight.

But I do declare that Arreola's chances are still not great but I do feel that Chris has possibly the best chance.

I consider Stiverne lucky anyway and the Adamek did him in by flipping around the ring, not the stand up fight that Wlad would be. Different kind of fighter, different kind of fight.

I think if he does beat Stiverne that Chris warrants a serious look in. Because it would be the most dangerous opponent he has faced in quite a while. Povetkin is good but him aside I don't think he's faced a serious opponent since his last fight with Thompson.

Arreola sure as heck will be a bigger test than bloody Leapai!!! lol

I dont think arreola is going to beat stiverne, I think the outcome will be pretty similar...

I also dont think arreola has much of a chance v wladimir and I dont think wlad woudl hold much either against arreola, I think arreola would catch a few jabs and hooks and slow right down and have the aggression drained from him and wladimir would be happy to jab jab jab jab... jab jab hook... maybe a right hand every so often.. Dont think arreola has that big a reach or is quick or mobile enough to get close enough to wladimir to make him hold.. Arreola is pretty tough though so i dont see it getting stopped(he wasnt properly stopped v vitali)but there are better opponents out there to give wladimir a test.

Just thinking about it now, I think povetkin with a better/ stricter referee would be a much tougher fight for wladimir... Povetkin made wladimir very uncomfortable and break away from his usual jab jab hook stuff. If haye ever returns to full form he is more dangerous than arreola. I think tyson fury would be tougher, fury is a big guy who isnt afraid to get close and wrestle, chisora certainly used to be tough and rough enough to give him 2nd thoughts...

not saying any of these guys actually come close to beating wladimir but I think they give him more trouble than arreola would.. I really dont see what arreola is going to do to trouble wladimir.

I also dont think pulev will do much either, he does not punch hard at all and is pretty much a soft punching lower skilled version of wladimir... wlad does a lot better v big guys than he is given credit for

I personally think Arreola would be better match than Pulev for Wlad.

I also agree that David Haye and Alexander Povetkin might be tougher opponents than Chris but Alexander just had his shot, might not get another. Haye did too, because of the nature of the fight there'll be many who wont want to see it again and he is inactive.

Fury I don't believe would cause any threat whatsoever and I'd expect either Chris or Wladmir to knock him out. Not saying he's shit, but he doesn't have what it takes to beat Chris let alone Wlad.
