Pac is going to 140 for one reason. And one reason only. Mayweather has gone on record saying he will never fight below 147 again

It would almost put a nail in the coffin as far as Pacquiao ever having another super fight with anyone, let alone Floyd. Who is at 140, seriously? Even the few guys who would be good opponents for him are with Golden Boy. I could see Arum tempting Gamboa to move up and fight Pacquiao to cash him out or something, that's about it.

Maybe he just got off steroids. Funny how the accusations from Floyd came out and the movement towards Olympic-style drug testing, and since then he hasn't knocked anybody out.

I just can't believe that, sir. I don't believe Manny or Arum would run from a boxcar full of money. I think they've given up on that fight ever happening.
We can speculate all we want, but that's a fight that's not going to happen, without some serious give
