I've been doing heavy labour since my 4th year, growing up in a circus didn't have much choice. Since my 15th i've been working in horseridingschools, cleaning stables and lifting hay and strawstacks (about 16000-17000kg goes 'through' you in about one hour time, once a week) I have two hernia's because of that. Not because i don't have the muscle, i can lift 100kg with not much effort, but because my skeleton couldn't hold it. To much strain on de skeleton when developing into an adult and stuff....

I'd advice strongly against it. Just not healthy
