I know Broner is going down to 140, but why not call out Porter?

Because he has a fight coming up with molina and he probably learned his lesson not to overlook opponents..

He has revenge in mind against maidana and wants to get paid with pacquaio..

Broner will not fight Pac Man, Arum and GBP would not allow it.

Which is why it is pointless and grandstanding to call him out. He knows the fight would never happen. If he is looking to get paid, call out Mayweather. Call out Canelo at 154. Call out Garcia at 140. They're all big fights that actually have the chance of getting made.
