Re: " Pac and Bradley fought like amateurs " says Mayweather
I can see if he made those comments as a fan. As professional it's kind of just more inflammatory smack talk. Definitely not the type of comment you should make when you're lined up against Maidana. Would he make that kind of comment about Maidana? no because he knows if he told the truth about his own fights, less people will buy the ppv and he'd be out some money.
There is truth in what he says about bradley.... bradley looked very Cornelius bundrage in winging those shots. At the same time, i'd like to see how clean Mayweather could look against Bradley and handled the swarm/ and Tim's work rate. I would also say that Bradleys not a natural welter and put on that muscle to compete at 147, as he has 2" in height less than Mayweather and tried to follow the Marquez KO model against Pac.
Theres truth in what he says about pac punches. Then again its easy to talk when you're not in the same boat. Id have to see mayweather knocked cold and then hitting the comeback trail first. I don't think it will happen though. While anyone can get caught, I just think mayweather would quit after that. As far as amateurs go, talking football with the commentators while you disregard the scrub in the ring with you doesn't scream consummate pro. There's still a difference between great and professional...being one doesn't automatically make you the other.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
