Donaire already screwed himself by being a clean fighter during his prime years. Now he's going to have to start using PED's as his reflexes diminish without knowing how to cycle properly. What a fool![]()
Love hearing people shit-talk Donaire, a true champion, an action fighter, a knockout artist, a guy who VOLUNTARILY subjects himself to VADA testing to show the fans that he is genuine and not a steroid cheat, a guy who was considered a top p4p fighter forever before losing to Rigondeaux, one of the slickest, craftiest motherfuckers in boxing.

Besides if Joe Louis is a 200 pound plodder and anyone prior to 1984 not worthy of boxing greatness then wtf is with Donaire? A one handed fighter that made a name for himself fighting midgets.
There is nothing I find more peculiar than the concept Donaire of all people is clean. Maybe he is. But BEFORE he decided to do random testing he hired the guy most famous for beating random testing. We have absolutely no idea if Donaire is clean or not. Guilt by association isn't fair but it's part of life.
Nope just too many fighters he never faced at the top of their game. All his big fights were against questionable talent with .500 winning percentage at best in last 2-6 fights. No Mares, Santa Cruz, Garcia . Only little known belt holders and ex champions ala Pac style compliments of Arum.
Well i would not say he is overrated but most of the guys he has faced look like they were kids compared to him really. He had a huge size advantage over everyone and reach then fights a another guy his size and gets a lesson. I mean they weren't in same leauge really not even close way out matched. There no same in losing but he was ranked really fucking high pound for pound for beating guys he was way bigger then and when he could not knock a guy out kinda had no plain b really. People were saying he was top pound for pound then got owned and looked like a dear in the head lights also to a guy his size and not some won he was huge against. He is most likely going to lose to the top guys at the weight above him which he is going to have to move up he should be fight a lw really and Gamboa would kill that dude.
