All i know is that Mayweather did make a offer to Pac for the fight but wanted the testing and pac said he was afraid of needles. He even extended the time before the fight and the test also for Pac and it didn't happen after that. Mayweather did attempt to you can find it on google i should not have to do it.

I'm sure that event did happen but I'm also sure there's a hell of a lot more to it than that..
