That is because Sky is a far bigger business outfit than Box Nation. They are a walking advert for their fights and have the resources and spend t promote their product no matter how crap it is remember Haye v Audley. They said they would not do another ppv again.
So what's your point? Sky preview/promote fights every week that are not on their station. Tonight Khan and Ogogo are guests on Ringside, neither of whom are with Matchroom or Sky. They never said they would never do another PPV. Haye retired and Frank Warren moved his stable to BoxNation, then Matchroom got the exclusive gig with Sky and wiped the floor with everyone, hence Froch-Groves 80,000 punters.
