It's a Charlie win by DQ because Deontay hit him while Charlie was down from a slip, reminded me of Roy Jones being DQed against Montell Griffin when Roy hit him when he was down. Roy was DQed, why not Deontay?! Over-weight match and Deontay still pulled that cheap shot; It's a Charlie win in my book forever more...
